Please call the town hall office to make reservations and to check on availability. Reservations are done on a first come-first served basis.

½ Day Rent (4 hours or less) $ 75.00
Full Day Rent $125.00
Groups:
Cotton Resident Groups (Bible Study, quilting, beading, stamping, etc.) $25.00
Non-Resident Groups $ 25.00
Funerals (Resident and Non-resident) - FREE
Showers
Residents $ 25.00
Non-Resident $ 50.00
Weddings or Dances

Kitchen Use $ 30.00

Deposit required when serving alcohol $100.00
If liquor is on the premises, a security person, approved by the Town Board, must be present at the function. If user has rented use of outside area, an additional security person must be present. User MUST provide Cotton Township with certificate of insurance. (Details will be made available at time of reservation.)
Hall tables and chairs are to be returned as they were.
If the facility is not left in the same condition as upon rental, a $50.00 fee will be applied, plus any actual repair costs.
